Shadow is settled in at nonifarm, her forever refuge. 

A 22 year old government branded mustang, Shadow has moved around a lot in her life.  Shadow's origins trace all the way back to Nevada where she was once free.

Back in February 2015 Humane Law Officers rescued her from a home where the horses were suffering from severe neglect and cruelty.  Shadow was nursed back to health by the Pennsylvania SPCA.

Shadow's 2-year wait at the Pennsylvania SPCA shelter is over. She is in the happy home she so deserves, never more than a few feet from her new companion Sunday.
